  1. To make the meatballs: - Preheat the oven to 180 oC and line a baking sheet with either parchment paper or tinfoil - In a large bowl combine all the kofta ingredients - Shape into 12 koftas and place on the baking sheet - Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes
  2. To make the sauce: - Place the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat - Add in the garlic, garam masala, turmeric and chilli flakes - Cook for a couple of minute - Stir in the onions and peppers and saute for 5 minutes - Pour in the chicken stock and chopped tomatoes - Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes - Stir in the dairy free cream, chicken koftas and season to taste - Divide between four bowls and serve with rice
