  5. Add 260 ml of coconut milk into the mixture. Simmer for 7 minutes over medium heat without the lid

Together they create a homemade curry blend. Olive oil - used for sautéing. Traditional Jamaican chicken curry is a bold, flavorful dish that's cooked slowly over low heat, allowing time for the spices to develop. Heat oil in large skillet and stir in butter to melt.
