- Now add the chicken and fry on a medium to low heat until cooked through thoroughly.
- Whilst frying the chicken boil a pan of water with a couple of pinches of salt and add broccoli until cooked but not too soft.
- Dice the paprika and in a separate pan fry the paprika and spiralised courgette for 5 minutes, until slightly soft, drain any excess water.
- Lastly add salt and pepper to taste, combine all the ingredients together and serve.
