  8. Take 2 teaspoon Salt
  9. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Get Yougurt
  11. Take Tez patta
  12. Prepare Dried plums
  13. Get Food colour
  14. Prepare 2-3 green chilli to put in end
  15. Get Biryani masala

Chicken biryani is a simple and super flavourful one-pot meal that is best served with raita and salad.   1. Fry the tez patta and cutted onion untill onion get light brown then add chicken and fry it for few minutes
  2. Add chopped chilli and gingr garlic paste and fry for few minutes more
  3. Then add tomatoes salt and turmeric powder,biryani masala and cook it until oil seperated
  4. Add half cup yougurt and again cook it until the masala becomes thick and the chicken is fully cooked
  5. Turn of the flame
  6. And boil the rice to almost 3/4
  7. Then make the layers of chicken masala and rice putting rice layer on the top and then add cutted green chillies and lemon if you like (mint leaves optional) and sprinkle food colour then cover the lid properly
  8. Leave it on very low flame for 20 minutes
  9. It's ready to serve ๐Ÿ™‚
