- Add the chicken into the dish and add the mash on top. You can pipe it on or put it on with a fork and flatten it but not too much or the heat wont get through.
- Add the extra cheese on top and cook until golden brown. Let it cook a little bit until serving.
Place the crust on top of the chicken mixture and cut small slits. Spoon the chicken mixture into the pie plate. Place the remaining pie crust over the filling. Crimp the edges of the top and bottom crusts together. Using a sharp knife, cut several slits in the top crust.
