- Once milk is thikened enough switch off the flame and keep aside to cool down completely.
- If you are using cornflour to thicken the milk now blend the milk then otherwise just pour it in ice-cream moulds.
- Cover the moulds with foil / clinging wrap
- Prick with knife to insert the ice-cream sticks.
- Now it's ready to go inside deep fridge. And keep there for atleast 8 hours.
- After 8 hours it's finally ready.
- Just demould it and enjoy.
