  1. In low medium flame roast suji for 10 mins or until nice Roasted aroma is coming. Then switch off the flame and keep the suji aside in a plate.
  2. Now heat ghee add crushed cardamom in that add khab or misri in that, add water and let the misri or khand get melted.
  3. When the water starts boiling and the syrup becomes little thickened add the roasted suji in this gradually and keep mixing to avoid lump formation.
  4. Now you can add any dry fruit of your choice (I have added cashew). Keep cooking the suji in low flame until a dough formed
  5. Then immediately transfer the suji mixture in a ghee greased and wheat flour dusted plate evenly.
  6. After 45 mins cut in desired shapes with a knife.
