- Take 200 gm Dates
- Prepare 1 cup pistachio nuts

- Remove the seeds from dates and cut it into small pieces. Chop all nuts in small pieces.
- Take a pan add 1 tblspn Ghee in that. Add chopped dates in that and cook it on low flame.
- After some time add all nuts. Mix it well.
- Transfer everything in another vessel. Add one tblspn ghee, bind it. It will be hot, be careful but don't allow it to cool.
- Divide into two parts. Take a plastic cover. Spread poppy seeds on that and roll the dates and nut on that.
- Fold it well and tight. Keep it in the fridge for minimum two hours.
- Cut it into equal portions. Enjoy the sugar-free sweet.
Add liquid just until the mixture is wet enough to hold together when you press it with a spoon. Mix the sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Take off the heat, and add rest of ingredients, stir well. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Pour onto dampened cloth or waxed paper forming a log.
