- Add the cooked rice with the blended rice. Proof yeast with little water and sugar for 5 minutes. Mix all the contents and allow to ferment for 45 minutes to one hour. Then fry.
In a larger bowl, mix Masa Harina, baking Powder and raisins. Stir well and then add the warm water little by little.
