- Take a wok add grated coconut. On simmer Dry roast for one minute. Switch off the flame. Transfer into plate. Keep aside.
- In mixing bowl add cardamom powder, black pepper powder, coarse white pepper. Mix well & grated the nutmeg. Keep aside.
- Soaked dates transfer into mixer jar. Make smooth paste.
- On simmer heat a wok add Dates paste. Stir continuously, cook it until Dates colour turns in to brown & paste leaves the side of the wok. Switch off the flame.
- Now combine grated coconut in it. Mix well.Transfer into mixing bowl. Keep aside for 10 minutes for cooling on room temperature.
- All mixture of Ladoos mix well.knead the dough and divide into equal portions. Put a small ball on palm and make shape of ladoo. Apply same process to make all Ladoo.
