- Take 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

Add the broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, vodka, parsley, salt and sugar to the slow cooker; add the sautéed onions and garlic. Working carefully, stir in vodka, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
