  2. Cook garlic in oil until brown. Remove garlic.

  4. Stir well then cover and leave for no more than a few minutes til they open. The steam cooks them.
  5. Serve in the sauce in a large help yourself bowl with, parsley, fresh bread to soak up the sauce and some wine to wash it down (important!)
