- Heat a non stick pot, then add sunflower oil, gently place the meatballs and fry 2minutes each side of the meatball. Remove them from the pot and set aside.
- To the same pot, add minced garlic, fry for 60seconds before adding onions and cook until softened, approximately 2minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook for another 2minutes, add salt and paprika at this stage.
- Pour the red wine to the sauce.
- Add the water to the sauce,and add the meatballs back.
- Cover with a lid to cook for extra 30minutes.
- Set aside and serve with a side dish of choice like rice, spaghetti.

We decided to throw in a little in the sauce and the cook and it was delightful. Feel free to splash in a little of whatever your drinking at the time but a red full-bodied wine works best.
