- Next add all the dry masala, garam masala and sauté for few seconds and add coriander leaves.
- Lastly add Makhana and cover the pan. Cook for one min.
- Mix the mixture, and add the cooked daal and add water as required
- Add salt to taste and mix well and boil for one min
- Your healthy daal is ready
Mash dal till to get creamy texture. Then add roasted gram dal along with sliced dried coconut and fry on medium-low flame till coconut is roasted well. Then add spice powders like turmeric powder,red chili powder,sugar and salt. Heat oil in a kadai or thick pan. There will not be much of color change.remove to a plate.
