  7. Add salt to taste and mix well and boil for one min
  8. Your healthy daal is ready

Mash dal till to get creamy texture. Then add roasted gram dal along with sliced dried coconut and fry on medium-low flame till coconut is roasted well. Then add spice powders like turmeric powder,red chili powder,sugar and salt. Heat oil in a kadai or thick pan. There will not be much of color change.remove to a plate.
