  4. Heat oil in a pan & fry the makhane. Add 1 cup of water & methane in the cooked peas & potatoes.Cover with lid.After a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 10 minutes.let it cool down.
  5. Open the lid & pour the sabzi in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati.
