  1. Boil milk, when it reduce, roughly crushed rakhana add in this milk, then when it will thick, add sugar and mix well cook 1 minute.
  2. Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits
  3. Switched off flame.
  4. Add this kheer into a bowl garnish with dry fruits and makhana.

To serve chilled, let the kheer come to room temperature and then chill into the refrigerator for a few hours and then serve. This makhana kheer is served during vrat days as a dessert after a meal or along with the meal. You can enjoy it any time of the year, it doesn't have to be fasting days.
