- Take tomatoes, onion ginger soaked cashews and make puree
- Take kadai put oil or ghee, add jeera hing and puree add all spices except amchur and kasuri methi
- Add mutter and makhana
- Put crushed kasuri methi and mix well
- Add little water cover for 10 minutes add vinegar mix well garnish with coriander leaves
