- After that take 1 cup cashew into a blender with half cup water and blend it to make a smooth paste, add the cashew paste and 2 spoons hung curd into it and mix well.
- Then add some amount of water, Salt to taste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, chickpea flour or gram flour and mix well then add dry roasted makhana and mix well. Cook for 5 to 7 min till the gravy becomes thick then turn off the flame and serve it hot to the bowl garnish with green fresh coriander and mint leaves you can add dry fruits as you like 1 cup, Enjoy with puri, roti, rice, naan as you like.
