  3. Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add this puree to it. Cook it for 5 min. Add all spices as mentioned. Add some cashews and raisins to it. Now add peas to it and cook for 3 - 4 min. At last add makhanas and cook for 2 min. Garnish with cream and green coriander. Matar makhana is ready to serve. Enjoy it with any type of paratha.
