  3. Now take a grinder jar add cashew,almonds,half of the makhanas,cardamom seeds,saffron and make a fine powder.
  4. Now add half of the whole crispy makhanas in a milk and cook it till milk starts boiling.Now at this time add powder and mix it well.Milk starts thicken during this time.
  5. Now cook it for another 5 minutes and then add gulkand,dry paan and mix it again.
  6. When kheer starts thicken,tgen add sugar and cook it for another 5 minutes.Then cool down the kheer and serve it hot or chilled.Our delicious makhana paan kheer is ready to serve.Garnish with some pistachios and almonds. Enjoy
