- Now stir continuously to avoid burning of sugar
- Insert a toothpick inside the makhana.
- Dip the makhana in the caramelized sugar and hold it in downward direction so as to create spike.
- Repeat with other makhanas. Serve it along with desserts.
Now in the same kadhai, transfer the chopped Jaggery and let it melt. Once the Jaggery is completely melted add the roasted sesame seeds.
