Steps to make Makhana tikki chaat:
- Take a bowl add mashed potatoes in it. Heat a deep pan put makhana in it and roast them on low flame about 1 mins. Take a mixi jar put makhana n green chilis grind together. As shown in the picture.
- In boil potatoes add all spice powder, salt and grineded Makhan in it.
- Add chopped coriander leaves mix everything well. Make medium size tikkies and keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a deep pan place tikkis n pour lil oil and shallow fry them till both the side turn light golden brown.
- Place tikkis in a plate, put chopped onion and tomato, pour green chutney and curd(in curd add sugar), sprinkle Aaloo bhujiya, red chili powder, cumin powder lil bit of salt. And enjoy with nachos.
