- In a kadhai, take 500ml milk (keep aside 1/4 cup milk to mix milk powder or take extra milk).
- Add makhana powder and mix well. Then add milk powder diluted in milk to the kadhai. Mix well.
- Add sugar and stir. Add cardamom powder, saffron milk, and mix. After a few minutes add makhana and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
