Stir continuously so that the peanuts get roasted uniformly. Once roasted, transfer the peanuts to a flat plate and let them cool down a bit. Steps to make Makhana Burfi:
  1. Heat a deep non-stick pan, add the Ghee and lotus seeds and roast for 5 minutes. Transfer on a plate and cool slightly.
  2. Transfer the makhana into a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder. Transfer into a bowl
  3. Heat ghee in a vassal (kadhai), Add green cardamom powder and mix and add the lotus seed powder and mix well..
  4. Add Milk and sugar kewda water, Raisin and mix till well combined.
  5. Grease a burfi tray with ghee and add the mixture and spread it evenly. Press to level out and. Apply the silver varq and allow to set.
  6. Cut into squares, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
